This Washington Park bungalow is home to a family of five who relocated from New York. As art collectors, they sought spaces for family game nights with their kids and sophisticated evenings once the little ones were asleep. With both parents working from home, they needed dedicated offices and areas for their three energetic boys to play.

The lower level was transformed into a vibrant play space, allowing the main-floor family room to become a refined retreat for TV, music, and intimate gatherings. A grand piano anchors the space, complemented by moody tones, plush textures, and curated artwork.

In the living room, soft grasscloth wallcoverings add warmth, while a bar cabinet ensures effortless entertaining. A cohesive palette of light and dark hues, custom millwork, and tailored furnishings highlight the home’s craftsmanship. Even the laundry room reflects thoughtful design, featuring whimsical wallpaper and painted cabinetry for a touch of charm.
